Super Pac-Man (We have a Home Use Only Super Pac-Man)
Is a 1982 arcade game developed by Namco and distributed in North America by Bally Midway. It was designed by Toru Iwatani, the original creator of Pac-Man, and intended as a “true” sequel to the original Pac-Man, unlike Ms. Pac-Man which was developed externally.
🎮 Gameplay
- Keys & Doors: Instead of eating dots, Pac-Man eats keys to unlock doors that contain food items like apples, bananas, hamburgers, and even Galaxian ships.
- Super Pellets: In addition to regular power pellets, Super Pellets transform Pac-Man into Super Pac-Man — a larger, faster, invulnerable version that can smash through doors without keys. He can fly over ghosts but only eat them when they’re blue.
- Bonus Star: A star appears in the maze; eating it when symbols match grants up to 5,000 points.
- Bonus Stages: Every few levels, Pac-Man automatically becomes Super Pac-Man with no ghosts present, racing against a timer to eat all prizes.
