Galaxian Arcade Machine
Galaxian Arcade Machine is a 1979 fixed shooter arcade game developed and published by Namco. It was licensed and distributed by Midway Manufacturing in North America. Galaxian Arcade Machine is a space wars shoot ’em up video game.
Objective:
- To clear each round of aliens.
Gameplay:
- The player, controlling the Galaxian defenders of the Earth, must destroy a convoy of aliens that are equally determined to annihilate him by firing missiles.
- The defender must protect himself without the aid of barricades.
- He must shoot down not only alien army regulars, but also out-maneuver and destroy enemy fighter escort ships that peel off from the main body of the alien squadron at random.
