The remaining balance is due when your Pre-owned game is put in the cue for its refurbishing process or your New game is preparing to ship. An emailed invoice will be sent giving you 24 hours to pay the remaining balance. Failure to pay remaining balance within the 24 hour time frame of the emailed invoice will result in cancellation of your order. There are NO REFUNDS on DEPOSITS.
